hi guys ,

looking to book premium appointment for 27th august for ilr.


i come under £18,600 spouse visa rule.

i get paid every two weeks. requirement is 6 months payslip.

so do i provide 12 payslips or do i calculate by date.

i-e. 02/02/18 to 03/08/18

or. 12x2 weeks payslips. 02/03/18 to 03/08/18

hello ,

as spouse of bc , i have to meet £18,600 mark to be eligible for ILR.

i am well over £18,600 with same employer more than 6 months.

However i get paid every two weeks , instead of monthly payslip. and my gross in all payslips is £1220 per two week period.

However i took a day off in May and forgot to book it as Paid holiday and that payslip is grossing at £1160.

so now do i write my annual salary as 1220x2=2440 , 2440x12= £29280 ( same figure on last year p60 )

OR since i had a dip in one payslip , my new annual salary is , 1160x2= £2320 , £2320x12 = £27840 ( based on lowest income in qualifying period )

Do i also ask my employer to make my employer letter annual gross as this low value ? i-e Mr x has been employed with us since (this long ) and is paid annual salary of ----------.( lowest value x 12 months = gross value ? ) or i let the employer letter state my normal gross income per year as per last year P60.


2. also , do i include 12 - bi-weekly payslips , or all payslips issued in 6 months ?

i need to meet £18,600 threshold.

i work for a small company and get paid £1220.00 every two weeks for 12 days work .. ( i get bi-weekly payslip )

in May i took a day off and didnt book holiday , so one payslip is £1160.00 , rest are all £1120.00

i am sure this is non-salaried income as its varying.. please help me calculate my annual gross salary ..

and also how many bi-weekly payslips do i show to make up 6 months payslips ? 52 weeks / 2 = 26 weeks .. 26 weeks = 13 bi weekly payslips right ??

also in my employer letter, should my employer state this derived income through this formula as my annual gross ?

If most wages figures were identical than it won't be counted as non-salaried rather be treated as salaried where HO will take the lowest wages figure during last 6 months which in your case might satisfactorily meet the prupose. I think you following correct formula to convert it into 26 weeks which is equal to 6 months. I will advise you to attach little longer payslips if sufficient wages is earned to avoid any miscalculation made by caseworker.

One more thing , as i am paid per shift ( not per hour or no fix annual salary ) , how can my employer mention annual wage ?

shall he just mention i am paid x amount per week for 6 shifts ... or should me mention same annaul gross as we are deriving by using 26 weeks divided by 6 into 12 ?

how long is it taking now a days for brp card to arrive by courier after successful premium visa appointment.

i need to book an appointment with council for naturalisation so just wanted to have an estimate.

Premium service appointment is on 28/08/18

It takes 7 to 10 workings days, sometimes longer.

hi moderators / experts , please dont link post to older threads i am preparing my case myself and i need some real help please ( im v confused ). applying for ilr under fmse £18,600

help me calculate my avrg gross income /PA
also help me with duration ( time length ) .. because when i put in 13 bi weekly payslips as per my understanding of formula to calculate gross , my period or date range is. 16 /02/18 to 03/08/18. ( arent i suppose to provide 6 months+ payslips )

date range ( 16/02 to 03/18 for 13 payslips )
13 payslips = 13X2 = 26 weeks in this period ( half of 52 weeks as per year ? )

need to confirm if property inspection report is a must.

i am on spouse visa applying for ilr end of august.

the property is owned by my father in law ( we dont pay rent ) and we have been living in it for 4 years. council tax utililty bills all on our names . one room has been let on rent to a tenant.

An accommodation inspection report is not compulsory. However, if there is one, then make sure that it's not false.

2.5 how long have you been living in a relationship ?
:; are they asking how long we physically living together ? like since getting spouse visa ? or like commitment wise how long we been together ? from engagement onwards ?

2.6 when did you begin living together ?
isnt this similar to 2.5 ??

(we started living together after i arrived in uk after getting spouse visa in 2013 .. we got married in 2012 but she just came to uk to do paper work for visa..)
