Tax not paid from previous employer

Hi,
I'm eligible for ILR from May and working on the documents for the application.
One of the optional document was P60 or last 5 years work history. I don't have the P60 for last 5 years. So I was getting the 5 years tax history from gov tax account.
While looking at the tax account for 2014-2015 (HM Revenue & Customs Online), I found the NI tax was not paid for May,June,July,November 2014.
The previous company doesn't exists anymore.
I know its a optional document but Is it a problem or should I need to provide any other alternative documents if asked?
Previous Employer letter to confirm any absence (Only outside UK)

Hi,
I'm eligible for ILR from May 2018 and working on the documents for the application.
I had two holidays outside India in my previous job. The previous company doesn't exist anymore.
I'm thinking to email to their company email address and attach that as a proof for Previous Employer letter to confirm any absence (Only outside UK).
Is this okay or should I need to other documents to support it.
Can anyone please assist?
Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks Zimba.
Since both my post are merged into a single post.
Do you think both my query will not affect my ILR application.

Regrading holiday, if they were less than 30 days per year you do not need a letter

Zimba. Thanks for the reply.
I've have 36 days of holiday outside UK in 2014 and it was previous company has been closed down.
In ILR rules, its mentioned that we can email in that case but I'm 100% sure about it. If I need to email, is there a template for an email.

Sorry to hear about this. Are you going to apply again ? Thanks for the link.
Looking at my tax history provided by HRMC tax via tax account. Between 2014-2015, 5 months of employee tax has been missing. I spoke to the MD of the company and he said all the tax were paid when the company was closed down.
I'm not sure what should I want to do about this situation ?
I'm planning to do one day appointment and I know employment history or p60 are optional document but if they inquire about this issue. What are the alternate documents I should provide?
Any help or advice will be much appreciated?

Hi binnyjai18
when you say NI tax was not paid , does it means NI was paid and Tax was not paid or none of them were paid.
In my case my employer has paid NI but no Tax has been paid for first 2 months of employment(Sep14- October 4) ,Financial (year 14-15)
I switched to new employer in November 14
when I calculate my yearly tax though I have paid correct NI and Taxes (Sep 14 - April 15) (Financial year 14-15)
I am a bit worried if this will cause issues for ILR next year

Hi ,
I applied in belfast, didn't provide the tax documents since they were optional. But had a copy of the last 5 years tax documents in my file.
They didn't ask me any questions regarding the tax documents and granted me ILR.
I had couple of friends who applied ILR and they didn't ask about the tax documents.
