I wonder if I need to send my British passport in support of my wife PBS ilr .

Hi ,
I just wonder how to arrange Cohabitation Documents for 2 years. It is said that document should be provide in the gap of 4 months or more.
For example ,
Utility bill - 2nd May
Bank Statement- 2 Sept
Is it ok to provide one piece of document for May and one bank statement cover for September.
Can I provide colored printed online copy of utility bill?
Any help will be appreciated.
