Hi there,
I am on Tier 2 visa (General), about to complete my 5 years continuous residence in the UK. I am wondering do I need to pass the Life in the UK Test before I can submit my ILR application, or I can pass it after getting the ILR status.

Yes, it is mandatory to submit with your ILR as is the English B1 requirement. You will be refused if you do not submit it and lose your fee paid.
or I can pass it after getting the ILR status.
No.

Does the main applicant also needs to pass the English B1 requirement? I did my IELTS when I came to the UK in 2013. IELTS cannot be used as it is only valid for two years.

All ILR applicants must meet the LIUK and English requirement.

You can only use an expired test if it is one of the HO approved tests at B1 level AND it is from a test provider that is on the current HO approved list.

Hi there,
I am preparing my application for Indefinite Leave to Remain through Tier 2 (general) route. The online form requires information about "Time spent outside the UK and Crown Dependencies". I am wondering do I need to mention my paid annual leaves, even if those holidays were less than 30 days in any given year.

Hi there,
I am filling my ILR form. I am wondering where I can get a list of SOC and associated hourly/annual salary information. I have searched the web, there are a couple of links which showed up but with different lists and information.
