Tier 1 Entrepreneur Job creation confusion for ILR

I have applied for extension on June-2016 and got visa on March-2017 and expiring on March 2019. Till March 2017 I had a 2 full time employees on my company. From April 2017 to till date I have only one full time employee. Will HO will accept 24 months of one full time employee for my ILR?

It will be fine as your are pre April 2014 and applying before April 2019. But be aware that if you want apply fresh application in case of rejection, you won’t be able to claim job creation after April 2019.

Thank you zimba and mohensari, I have gone through forum but still not clear on this. First of all as mohsensari said that it will be fine to have one employee for 24 months according to pre transitional arrangements, but I have same employee from June 2016 till date and got my visa on March 2017 so do we have to count those 24months after March 2017 or from June 2016?
Also on latest updated SET(O) form it does not say anything about Pre transitional arragement.

MISSING P11 DEDUCTION SHEET TIER1 TO ILR

Hello Gurus,
My accountant has lost 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 backups so could not able to print P11 deductions sheet for my employees. What will be the alternative for P11? Is it compulsory to supply P11 to UKVI in ILR application?

P11 can be used as a supplementary document to show each payment made with NI-Tax deduction but NOT a mandatory document so will not have any implication on your ILR if all SD documents are attached in correct format.

Hello gurus,
Need expert advise on following issue:
My accountant has made a mistake on my company’s payroll. From april 2018 to aug 2018 he has put down £7.50 minimum wage instead of £7.83. I have 2 employees who worked 130hours/month. I am on tier1 entrepreneur visa and now i am due to qualify for ILR application. The requirement for full time employee is 130hours/month, but I have paid to my employee less than minimum wages for those 5months. Is there anyway we can fix it now?
Ext got 22march 2017
Emp1 march17-sept18
Emp2 jan18-sept18
[Mar18-aug18]: emp1 7.50@130hours and emp2 7.70@130hours
Do they consider 124 or 127hours /month for full time employee?
