Hi

My children live in UK for 10 years continuously as a dependent of student visa with me, so can they apply (without me) for Settle in the UK on the basis of long residence SET(LR). (one under 18 and one over 18).

Thanks in advance

Yes.

KoLL also required for over 18 year old applicant.

Why without you?

Hi Vinny

Why without you?
because I still study and my wife dependent with me and she study as well, so both of us need time to pass UK life test.

So, still my children can apply without us? yes.
if so is this application correct SET(LR) for booth children?

Thanks

I mean when I read the link some participants said:
We sent the parents' ILR card with the children's application
And I do not have a ILR as you know
I have a Tier 4 Visa.

still can apply for my children LR even my visa Tier 4?.

I am grateful to you

KoLL also required for over 18 year old applicant.
ILR under Long residence is based on the applicant’s 10-year period of continuous lawful residence and not on someone else’s status.

- my children started school after more then six month when we arrived to the UK so we don't have the school record for this period, but for nine years we have. is this ok?

- what about The Six Items of Correspondence... because I have only 3 Items in my wife name and 6 Items in my name as we don't have any joint. is it ok?

could please let me...

For SET(LR) applicants, they should show that they haven't broken the lawful continuous residence as specified in the rules.

Sometimes, passports with entries/exits stamps may be enough to deduce that the absences from the UK were within the limits.

The six items of correspondence relates more to SET(M) applications (partner cohabitation). These, together with the school records or other evidence, may be included to supplement the passports, if necessary.

When traveling from the UK, were there any entry stamps of the destination countries?

Did you keep copies of travel tickets or bording cards?

Yes I have some stamps but in different calendar (also do you know why some? because they don't stamps every time for residence).

Did you keep copies of travel tickets or boarding cards?
Not all only from 2012

is there any evidence can I provide or can I pay to get the exit stamps?

any help please

Different calendars should be explainable.

Check and see what and how many entry stamps of the destination countries are missing. Can you explain these discrepancies from any other sources? Did you keep any dairies of the travel dates?

Do you have any records of the children’s dates of travel?

How many stamps are missing from the passports?

records on my memory and from the stamps on other calendar not on Gregorian.
