I am new to this forum

Me and my wife hold Indian passport and both have ILR

My daughter was born in UK and has a British passport

My wife travelled to India when pregnant to attend Brothers wedding and before she was due to travel back developed high blood pressure and was advised not to travel by doctor

We are planning for baby to be born in India( due in a few weeks)

I am aware that the newborn will not be eligible to apply for british passport.

I am planning to get an Indian passport

I need advise about which visa to apply for

Is it SET(F) ILR as a child

You need to apply for a child settlement visa on VAF4A and Appendix 1.

SET(F) is only for applications in the UK.

Need to apply for child entry clearance. They should grant ILE.
