Hi there,
I am intending to apply for ILR SET(O) and I am wondering what the requirements for bank statement is.
a. How many days should the bank statement cover 28 days or three months or six months?
b. I believe that the bank statement shouldn't be issued ealier than 28 days prior to our application date. Is that correct?
c. I am going to apply on the 29th. My bank issues official bank statements on the 9th of every month. So I can't get the bank statement from 9th till 28th. The problem is may salary is paid on 25th of every month. So unfortunately the last salary wont be reflected in my official bank statement. Is this OK? Should I ask the bank to print and sign the transactions from 9th to 28th, given that the last payslip I should provide will be dated 25 November.
Thanks,

Recent Three months bank statements should suffice. I don’t think it matters if it shows up. I did the same and sent corresponding months payslips. My salary date was 1st of month. Bank statement date was 5th of the month.
I did the postal SET O, it had a guidance box which stated the requirement.
But you could choose to do as you and no harm in doing so though I doubt the bank will sign or stamp anything now.

1. You should continue in your own topic you already have.
2. Yes you need to submit bank statements and payslips for ILR based on Tier 2.

You should not tag onto other member threads, it is considered rude and creates confusion.
See

No, online statements which are not stamped and authenticated by the bank is not enough.
Please continue in your existing Tier 2 to ILR questions topic.
