Old Eng Lang cert still acceptable ?

This is about spouse visa 5 year route ...same track. ILR due soon.
Nov 2013 IELTS cert issued in India . Brit Council stamp on it
March 2014 That IELTS cert was accepted to get entry clearance cert and applicant came to UK
Sept 2016 That (then 3 years old ) same cert was accepted again to get FLR ..extension.
impending soon 2019 ILR
MY QUESTION IS THIS
1 Can the applicant use that same IELTS cert ( 5 years old now) for the impending ILR application in early 2019 ?
2 Will it be accepted because
it was successfully accepted twice before (ent clearance and FLR )
It is still the same track ... 5 year spousal...
The exam cen is still operating under Brit council
Thank you for all your polite replies

Maybe not polite, but how do you expect anyone to answer if you do not give the pass grade for the certificate.
Was it a pass level qualification at level B1 or higher?

Thank you for reply...
Yes the pass grades are just above the B1
and just below B2
please note it was accepted at FLR stage because it was at B1

Zimba thank you for reply. this case is concerning 5 year route.. spousal ..no adverse history, same track.
so we can see that this five year old IELTS cert with B1 pass will be acceptable for the ILR because :
1 it was accepted to gain entry to UK ( and also at the FLRm stage as well)
2 The applicant is still on the same spouse track (no adverse history )
3 The course IELTS and the centre are BOTH still approved
the cert contains Brit Council stamp on it.
Any more observations .. any one and everyone please comment .
Is IELTS still approved ?
are there any impendimng changes in rules that may affect this application for ILR in early new year (2019)
yes life in uk will also be needed.
Thank you every one

Thank you for reply.
Is anyone aware of any changes to any rules about ILR ? I assume everything remains the same in the new year (2019 ) ? same criteria ?

There have been no changes to the immigration rules at this point.
We also cannot predict if there will be any changes next year or not.

Thank you for reading and replies..
some more comments . welcome. any one and every one.
As we go into the new year, 2019, no changes are expected in criteria rules.
Are the fees for ILR expected to increase ? when ? NOT before APRIL (2019) we hope.

so you are saying THERE ARE NO PAPER APPLICATIONS FOR ILR now .... only online ? so we do not have to print out applications any more ?
please confirm.
we have another related question
If SETm ILR application is all straight forward (no adverse ) and comfortably meeting all the criteria... then surely just simply apply by post WITHOUT the ( expensive ) premium service. ?
The Premium service is for on the day decision but comes at a cost.

Indefinite Leave to Remain ( On 5 year spouse route), but Leaving the Country for a while

I have a question . Regarding spouse visa 5 year track
I know this may not apply to the OP but a relevant question arises ..
does the ILR applicant have to have been in uk for 5 years ?
so entry clearance plus FLR m = 5 years plus 1 month ( 61 months)
but if the applicant spends total of 3 months (3 equal....monthly ... holidays out of uk )then
at the point of applying for ILR ( just before FLRm expires) the applicant will have been in the UK for LESS THAN 5 YEARS.... short by two months ...( 61 minus 3 = 58 )
can they have ILR in this case where the absence has caused a shortage in the 5 years in uk.. ?
