Applied on the 27th as Super Priority and still no answer!

Hello,
So I applied on the 27th of December, 2018 via sopra steria. I paid the extra £600 for the super priority and next day decision service. I was told there that I will receive the decision via email on the next day (meaning the 28th which was a Friday). Thanks to this forum I discovered that this is only the case if I was in Sheffield and that I will receive the answer by normal mail.
Its the 5th of January, 2019 now, the mailman just cam and I still haven't received anything! It has been 5 working days and I still have nothing!
