Is anyone still waiting for a decision using the new ukvcas 24 hours service?

It is day 3 now and no word from UKVI.

Has anyone gotten their BRP and asked for a refund if they failed to give a decision in 24 hrs?

I solicitor informed me that the decision time is 24 hours but the BRP comes in a weeks time.

Highly appreciate if you can share your experience and which route you applied for.
