Here is my History

1. I have entered UK on Tier 2 mid Feb 2014
2. i am eligible to ILR by end of Jan 2019

Question 1 . when i started, i have some payslips not paid due to understanding that work not started for 2months. - (also HMRC TAX not paid that period, Can i pay now ? what was missing ?)

Question 2. I have only 4x P60 as of now (not 5) - since 2019 april i get 5th one, is this acceptable for ILR ?

Thank you appriciated your quick response here is my comments, can you please advise.

Did you work but your employer didn't pay taxes ??

I was not worked, but i was in the country
First year instead of 12months paid P60 for 9months only, since first 3months took for me to start the work due to settling in the new place on and off, so no tax paid
apart from that i have all the P60 until today all are upto date.

Do you see any issue here ?

I have P60 4 years + 5year yet to finish this april 2019, before only iam eligible for ILR, I should be able to apply for ILR i guess.

I have changed the Employer later, My new employer because of performance, the salary increased, is that required to mention in the tier2 SMS system or employer letter good enouugh ? i also getting On Call rota basis and over time on demand work ? is this you see any issue here ?

1. I have Degree Taught in English, Some How URNARIC taking long time to process. But i have Trinity B1 English Certificate - can i use this certificate and proceed for ILR application or wait for NARIC ?
If i choose Trinity as English Qualification :
filling application choose the English test and enter Trinity (do i need to select Online Unique number or Certificate) - i have both.

2.your most recent bank/ building society statement - Only bank statement 6months good enough right ?

3. For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant,
documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.
For further information concerning the evidence required,
please refer to the Tier 2 migrant policy guidance on our website

- I have to ticke this box, what is this means ? still not able to find the correct answer ?

No need of photographs.
No need of council tax.
Covering letter is a good idea (although I didn't submit one).

The list seems okay to me. Only latest bank statement and payslip is required though.

I have submitted a standard application on 19-Dec-2018. It seems like it takes around 8 weeks to get a reply.
