Can I apply for ILR when I spend half of my life in the U.K.?

Hello everyone I have a question that I need help to answer. Would really appreciate your help and thank you in advance.

Me and my parents entered applied for asylum in the UK in august 2010, I was aged 9 and my birthday is also in august. We were granted 2.5 years leave to remain around 4 years ago (I believe), which we have renewed once for another 2.5 years.

My question is when will I be able to apply for ILR?

I am asking this because I have found some information online that states 18-24 year olds (I am not 18 yet but I will be in august) who have lived more than half their lives in the UK can apply for an ILR due to it being it “unreasonable” to expect you to leave the UK. In August I would have lived more than half my life in the UK.

Is this true and would it be applicable to me? because I only have a 2.5 leave to remain and I have only been in the UK legally in the past 4 or so years BUT In August I would have lived half my life in the UK
