ILR. Application with or without children under 18

I am on Tier 2 visa and completing my 5 years in August. My dependants are my wife and 2 children under 18. One solicitor has advised me to apply for ILR with your wife and do not apply for children. After one year on ILR children will straight away get citizenship. Is this information true? Any link? If this is true I may save huge amount of visa fee ie nearly £6000 but cant take risk unless confirmed.

Are your children born in UK?

Non-UK born children are expected to have ILR before being granted citizenship. :!:
They will be overstayers if they stay in the Uk without visa/ILR. In rare cases, Non-UK born children may be registered for citizenship directly at the discretion of the HO (for example when all family are British)

We got definite stay for 27 months. We need to get this 4 times to complete our 10 years stay. Do we get the UK passport straight away or will have to take ILR first.

Hello. I and my dependants are holding Tier 2 visa completing 5 years in July 2019. Can I apply alone to get ILR first and later my dependants? We still have visa till August 2020.

Hello!

I am on Tier 2 with the same company and competing my 5 years on 6th August however I still have visa untill August 2020. I am under SOC code 1139 which is for managers and directors in the charity sector. My company is a UK based International charity. When I got Tier 2 I was Institutional Funding Manager in 2014. I got promoted as Head of Institutional funding and got raise in Feb 2019 which my HR department entered into SMS. Now I again got salary raise in August and our HR will inform UKBA via SMS. Will this raise in Feb and then again in August be a problem? There is no change in duties and SOC is the same.

ILR advice required for Tier 2 applicant

I have completed my 5 years on Tier 2 this month and applying for ILR with my 3 dependants. I got raise in salary communicated to UKBA via sms in February however I am getting a small amount as bonus for an interim role not informed to UKBA as it was not a permanent salary raise. Now what my salary slip says is a bit different from what we have informed that for example my employer informed UKBA about my salary raise mentioning £52k per annum. However, with bonus it becomes £55,500 per annum. Will this be a problem for me? Please advice

First of all there is no UKBA it is UKVI now :!: Secondly do NOT start new posts and stick to this post only for your ILR queries
Bonuses do not need to be reported. You base salary is only important

Thank you. One more question. During my Tier 2 visa of 5 years I remained with one company however I made a supplement job for 3 years which does not require to be informed to UKVI. I do have P60s of that supplementary job as well. Do I need to submit these P60s as well at the time of submitting application for ILR or P60s from my Tier 2 sponsored company is enough?

No. Only your main job and salary is relevant for ilr. Also you don't need P60s for ilr.
