I am on a Tier 2 dependant visa and I am now eligible to apply for ILR.
My husband settled via the Tier 2 route and he is now a British citizen.
I am working myself and my husband doesn't support me financially.
Questions:
Should my husband sign Part 3 of consent form?

I am submitting these documents - is this enough?
Passports
BRP
English lang requirements
Life in UK pass certificate
Marriage certificate
council tax bills for last 5 years

I am not providing any bank statements or any proof of me working (*although I am working). Is this ok?
