I have applied for Tier 1 Ent Extension
Date of Entry in UK May 2010
Date of T1 Enter Extension Application (50K PSW) May 2019
Complex Letter Sep 2019
Date of Interview 1st week of Jan 2020
My 10 Years are due in month of April 2020
My T1 Ent Dependent's 10 year's are due in month of May 2020

My question is
1. In case home office refuses the Extension and i have to go for AR or file another tier 1 Ent Extension Application will the 3c Breaks?
2. Vary another application before the decision is made. Some one advise me that In early Jan my dependent should go on SetLR and i should go on FLR(M). After 2 months then Vary back Me as (Setlr) and my depended on FLR(M)
4.What should be done to go to ILR without any complications?
5. How does Section 3C Breaks in my case? as i want to secure it

You hv applied tier1 ilr or tier 1 extension for whic you are being interviewed ?

This platform is not for extension it is for ILR

The OP is clearly asking about ILR based on 10 years long residence and section 3C!!

Section 3C comes to an end when you are refused extension and then any AR is concluded (refused) OR if you apply for a new application after refusal

Expensive and may not be necessary

4.What should be done to go to ILR without any complications?

I suggest to aim for your dependent to apply for SET(LR).
You wait for your extension results, I believe you will be eligible for SET(LR) before you get any response.

5. How does Section 3C Breaks in my case? as i want to secure it

I have an ongoing application with HOME OFFICE

First Entry to UK on 1 May 2010
My T1 Entrepreneur Extension is pending with Home Office.
My 10 Years Long Route ILR is due in April 2020

Can i vary my file to ILR ? as i don't want to risk Section 3c

When will the file get validated?

Q1) On the day i submit the application or the day when the Bio Metric is taken? as the Biometric date sometimes is after 30 days or 60 days

Q2) What 10 years employment history i need to get before submitting the application and from where?

Q3) How does vary a file before any decision works?
