ILR Online Application form

Firstly, I hope everyone is ok during this pandemic. Secondly, I just wanted to ask a few things as this is my first time applying for ILR online so needed a bit of advice.
Brief History:
I came to this country in November 2010 with my family (wife and two children) and then after living here for 7 years we applied for the 7-year rule as my children were under 18 and had spent 7 years here and we were granted visa for that and now we will be completing our ten years of living legally in the UK. We all have passed our life in the UK and English Language B1 test except my daughter, because she is still under 18, will be turning 18 on 10 October 2020. I have started the online form for 10-year long residence (SET LR) already and below are few questions if you could please answer them.
Questions:
1. Do I need to write a cover letter explaining the reasons for the ILR?
2. Do I need to write out the immigration history since we entered the country?
3. Do I need to upload any supporting documents for whole ten years or the last 3 years such as the birth certificate of children, marriage certificate, proof of addresses, bank statements, utility bills, rent agreements, DVLA or any other documents that shows that we have lived legally in the UK for 10 years?
4. Is it ok that for the personal information I have only given the names of my family relatives and friends with their city/country and relationship or should I also provide contact details?
5. Is it ok that I have left the question regarding “Do you have any other reasons for wanting to stay in the UK” blank and do I also tell my wife and kids to leave it blank?
6. My daughter is under 18 so does she also need to create a new online application form or will there be an option to be dependent on the parents?
7. Can someone please guide me through regarding “Declaration of consent for the Home Office to request verification checks” form. I get that they want to do verification checks so they will contact the bank so does that mean that I will have to upload bank statements or utility bills etc with the application?
8. Lastly do I just sign the part 1 of the form and leave the part 2, and 3 blanks as I don’t have any sponsors or joint accounts with my wife?
To conclude please let me know what supporting documents will go and how will it work out. Secondly, my son is unemployed but is over 18 so we will pay for his fees as well so does that mean that when he does his declaration form then he will have to sign part 1 of the form and his parents part 3 as sponsors. Please guide me through this. Thank you.
