Hey forum!! I have a few questions so didnt know where to post really. I am all set for my long residence visa application, i am on a spouse visa right now and things are collapsing between me and mrs. Last month i completed my 10 years in UK. My application is ready but we just cant get super priority. My question is, in case my mrs and i end up in a situation where we wont be together do i lose the right to apply for long residence application? What is the best way to get super priority? And in case we collapse? Does that automatically make me out of visa in this country. Its been a very stressful time as i can see my 10 years of uk life melting in front of my eyes. I do have solicitor and he is trying his best to get me an appointment but i have been on this forum before with different account ( forgot password ) and it has always been helpful so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Be aware that if they deem your application to be complex, then choosing a super/priority service may not make them decide any
faster. Then also, they won’t
refund the super/priority fees.

Hi vinny, thanks for your reply. If i go for a standard application and my spouse visa eligibility collapses in between that period. Will i still meet the eligibility criteria??

If you satisfy the requirements under 10 years
Long residence, then you should be okay.

I have a tribunal decision dates 5 September 2017, that proves my section 3c till that date and from then i have back to back 2 spouse visas. I am trying to post a photo but dont know how to do that, its a section from that decision that says my section 3c leave was always intact. Do you think HO will accept that ?
