Hi there. Thanks in advance for your help.

I entered the UK with my family on 31 Oct 2017 on a tier 2 visa, now it's called skill worker, and our current BRP is valid till 25 Nov 2022. Can I start the application process now?

I asked my letting agent for a letter declaring my tenancy, and they only sent me back an email with the information. Would that be useful, or I'd need another document?

I've heard that to apply; I'll need to fill out a form called form (O) is that form available online?

You can apply within 28 days of completing your 5 years, counting from the first visa approval/issue date.
You need to apply using form SET(O): https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/set-o

You may submit a tenancy agreement as a cohabitation document for your spouse

I've got a question about the letter the employer needs to provide; what does that letter have to indicate? I've asked my employer, but he doesn't know what to indicate in the letter.

Also, my partner(dependant) is working part-time, do we need to get a similar letter from her employer?

Your dependant needs to provide two years of cohabitation evidence. Your dependant does NOT have any financial/employment requirements.

Hi there,
I'm doing my ILR now for my family (4) and me, and I need to know how the payment process will be. I'm worried about paying the whole amount (around 11K) at once as my card has a limit, so I don't know how that could work.
Does anyone know how the process is? Also, I'll be paying for the priority service, which I'm not sure is per applicant.

Ilr is per applicant.

Priority fee is per applicant.

If adding all your dependents in your form, you will pay one total fee at the end.

I just finished my application, and now I'm on the ukvcas website, but dunno what's the next stage, the webpage doesn't indicate what to do next, should I upload my documents first and then get an appointment or can I get an appointment and in the meantime upload my documents?

I can not exactly recall the sequence but you do both on the website so just start with either that it allows you to.

Hi there,
I'm uploading the required documents to the UKVCAS website, and I've got my appointment for the 12th of December.

Now I have to upload my most recent payslip, and the checklist indicates that it has to be no earlier than one calendar month, and I get a new payslip every 25th, so my question is about which payslip do I have to upload?

My most recent payslip is from Oct 25th, but for when I'll be going to the appointment, the most recent will be the one for Nov 25th. I wanted to finish uploading all this weekend, but now I'm not sure if I'd be able to as I'd have to wait until the 25th Nov?, is this correct? the checklist indicates it has to be uploaded only one payslip, what should I do?

Note that date is in reference to 28days prior your application or submission date. Therefore the October payslip was your most recent.

Hi, I'm uploading all my supporting documents, and I have a question about the passports; Chilean passports are 66 pages, and once all are scanned, their size is over the 6MB limit imposed by the ukvcas.

I think that before when I was applying for our visa extensions, I only scanned the pages used in our passports, but I don't know if that would be ok. How should this be done?

Hi Zimba, thank you for your prompt response. I have precisely what you mentioned scanned from our old passports, which expired; we got new passports now that don't have any stamps. Should I include these new ones with only the biometric info as well?

As I have a joint current account, I know that I have to submit my consent and my wife's as we both are the owners of the bank account, but I don't know if I have to submit part 3, which is the consent to verify information from a third party sponsor.

I'm on a skilled worker visa, and I have a sponsor, but when I filled out the forms, the question was if someone was providing me with economic support, which is not the case as I'm paying all the ILR costs, so I'm not sure if I need the part 3.

Hi there, this Monday, we got our appointment, and I already uploaded all the required documents on the Sopra website; the issue I see is that there's no button to submit the documents.
Does anyone know how to submit all the uploaded documents?

Well, it seems that I was only able to submit my docs up to 48 before my appointment, but now I can't.

What will happen then? Will I lose my appointment?
