Hi all
M new on this forum. Need to ask a question plz
I came uk on spouse visa on 17 July 2018 and after this I got extension . My ilr due in few months time , just need to know.when I can apply my ilr set m
Application . Should I wait till 17 July 2023 ? Or can I apply even before .

You can apply 28days before completing 60months in the UK.
This means you are eligible to apply SETM from 19 June, 2023.

Hello gurus
Just wanted to know.when I can apply set m ilr 5 year route . Here is history
Arrival in uk on spouse visa . 17/07/2018
Visa extension granted in 2020
Valid till 10/10/2023
5 years will be complete in uk by 17/07/2023
Do I need to wait till 17/07/2023 or I can apply by somewhere last week of June.

You qualify to apply 28days before completing 5years in UK. Therefore you can submit the SET(M) application from 19/06/2023

Hi gurus and seniors
U always always kind to me , could u plz help me this time too regarding documents checklist for self employed earning . I earned 35k for the period of 6th April 2022 till 5th April 2023 . And my set m ilr due in couple of months .
Could u plz tell me exact documents regarding this part to show ukvi to get ilr without any probelm .

I m just about to apply ilr in few weeks time, j just need to know , what if I only show them my savings around 27000 pound and kept in account for a year untouched.
Would be enough as financial requirement for ilr .

No, you require £34,600 untouched for last 6months preceeding the application

Entered in UK:- 18th July 2018
Got extension in 2020
Visa valid till 30th October 2023.
When I Can apply ilr latest

Cohabitation evidence ....documents or letters 6 in individual names or 12 if both named, from at leat 3 sources, 3-4months apart covering last 2years.

I n filling form of set m ilr. And I came across a question in which asking about mm yy since I living in uk . Should I put 4 years 11 month Or 5 years 0 month as haven't complete 5 years in uk since entered . But as I qualify to apply within 28 days . Confused . What should I put in this question .

Set m ilr tax matters

Hi all , I have 2 questions regarding my set m ilr .
And plz reply this time plz plz plz.
1) I m self employed as I submitted my returns and its showing I need to pay approx 3000 pound tax on my last financial year income. Do I need to pay fully or I can pay partially as I m applying my ilr this week. (And for tax purposes hmrc gives desdline by 31 jan 2024 ) to pay tax fully. I m bit confused .
2) I entered in UK on 17 July 2018 .
Five years will be complete 17 July 2023.
Do I need to wait till 17th July next month or I can apply anytime from now .

1. Your tax payment is not relevant to the ILR
2. You can apply within 28 days of completing your 5 years
