ILR Set O application- leave letter

I am about to apply for ILR.
1. Employment letter

However, I encounter some difficulties getting letters from all the departments I work in the hospital in the past.
I got a generic/ summarised letter from sponsor and lead employer - no unauthorised leave. It didnt state the leave dates taken. Do I still need to attached all the letters from the individual departments I work with and if I have some missing letter( 2 department is not responding to provide individual letter) is that ok?
Will this be an issue for the application?
I have a letter for current sponsor.

2. Can I submit the payslip and bank statement which the date will be after submitting ILR form online? Cause I will get my new payslip after submitting my application. Will that be an issue?

1. There is no requirement that the letter must mention dates or periods of absence. Do not assume things, instead follow the rules and the official guides: All you need to know about the sponsor letter for Skilled Worker route

2. No. Documents must be dated before the date of application

Thank you for your reply. I looks like I don't need to get letter from previous employers to state I dont have unauthorised leave . All I need is letter from current sponsor am I right to say so?

quick question. Regarding payslip and bank statement.
Got my payslip on 28/9/2023.
Receive pay in my account 29/9/ 2023.
I will get a bank statement tomorrow30/9/2023.
Can i submit my ilr application tomorrow- 30/9/2023? Or it has to be after this date? If so when?

Be sure the payment has reflected in your account statement, then you can apply.

Hello,
Need some advice here. Sumit my ILR application on 1/10/2023. Attended biometric check on 5/10/2023 at 10.30 am .Received confirmation from UKVCAS- documents sent to UKVI shortly after appointment. Paid for 5 days priority. But this would be over weekend. I presummed I should expect that the dateline would be 12/20/2023 1030 am. Am I right to think so? I have not receive any decision yet from UKVI/ Home Office. I am planning to request a refund of priority fee if I do not receive any correspondence from the Home Office by 1030 am tomorrow. I planned to ring UKVI tomorrow afternnon to check status. Please can you advice if I am doing the correct things. Thanks

The Priority Service isn't guaranteed. See the official guidance below regarding refunds:

"If you’re not cancelling your visa application
You usually cannot get your money back when you’ve applied for a priority service. Each case is considered individually.

You will not get a refund if you do not get a decision in time because the Home Office needed more information or evidence to make the decision.

The Home Office may give you a refund if they could not give you a decision in time because of something outside their control, for example a technical problem.

Lets say I do not get an email from them informing they need longer time to review (needed more information or evidence to make the decision.) by the dateline, I would suppose perhaps technical issues or something else? By right if they cannot make a decision by the 5th day an email should have been sent out before then to inform not after. IF they only inform after dateline- would that be consider trying to cover for their own delay etc?

Have you got any reply from UKVI? I have done my UKVCAS appointment last week Wed with priority basis. I haven't got yet any communication.
