applying for ILR with two companies

Dear All,
I am T1 entrepnour route, got my extension august 2022 by applying with company A.
Company A operated for 1 year after extension with one employee until september 2023.
Company A will close due to bankrupcy, and will establish now company B.
question;
by the time i apply for ILR september 2024 in one year: can i use the employee from company A who was on the payroll for 12 months so i need only to hire one employee for company B for 12 months?
or company A can not be used to apply given the company will close and i have to hire 2 full time employees for company B by the time i apply?

Yes. There is no requirement that the company needs to be operational at the time of applicaiton

just noticed that the employee had 11 month on company A that was closed. can i still use the time he spent? and use 13months for an employee on company B? or it had to be 12months to be counted

We found out that there was a gap of 3months between the first worker who did 11months on job left and the new employee (who worked for one month joined) does this still count? I mean does HO view this break of employement with negative eyes?
