I am currently on GTV and am planning to apply for ILR early next year. My understanding was that there were two types of priority services: priority +£500 (decision within 5 days) and super priority +£1000 (decision by the end of the next working day). However, a couple of friends who applied recently said they only got one option (+£1000) and got their decisions in one day. Just checking if the priority service (+£500) is still available to everyone?

Priority is available only to certain routes. You may or may not get the option, depends on UKVI capacity.

Hi,

I was on Tier 2 visa for 3 years and switched to GTV one month ago. I am now planning to apply for ILR in early next year. Apart from my main job in the academic sector, I am also working as an external examiner (for over 2 years) in a couple of universities. As an external examiner, I receive a very small fee, from each university, of around £500 per year (once a year - usually in July/Aug). My questions are:

1. As part of my ILR application, should I also request these universities to provide letters confirming my salary/fee?
2. When I arrived in the UK, I opened an online bank account (Monese) and I receive my external examiner fee in this account. Should I also submit bank statements from this bank with my ILR application? I rarely use this account for any other purpose.

There is no specific earning requirement for ILR under Global Talent Visa route
