Hello, Can someone please help.Does the letter from my previous employer that confirms that my absences were authorised have to be issued 30 days before application date?

Thanks

Thank you for sending the link , it was helpful.

I have 1 more question that I was hoping you could assist with. I have read responses to other posts similar to my question but I am still confused.
I need to calculate my application date for indefinite leave to remain.
My vigennete has a date of 27 January 2019 and I entered the UK on 16 February 2019.
I am eligible from 30 December 2023 (28 days before I reach 5 years using vigennete date) or its 19 February 2024?

Hello 👋
Could you please assist, are bank statements supposed to be stamped ? Can I use transaction statement generated from bank's online portal instead of monthly generated bank statement?
Also, is current BRP sufficient to prove immigration status.

Thanks in advance.

I saw the answer for bank statements from one of the threads posted , apologies for the duplication.
Could you advise what I need to provide for proof of immigration status.

I have one final question with regards to the letter provided by my employer .It has the following disclaimer:"While the information above is provided in confidence and is believed to be true, it is provided without acceptance by ×××company name ×××, its members or employees of any responsibility whatsoever and any use you wish to make of it is entirely at your own risk" Is this an issue?
