i have a query about my dependants ILR need your guide on this please advise
1-my dependents got first permission to enter uk on 28-02-2019
they enter uk on 22-03-2019
now current visa expiring on 05-02-2024
can i apply for ILR cause they got first visa on 28-02-2019 and current visa expires on 5-02-2024 can we consider that date and apply 28 before or i have to consider entry date which is 22-03-2019 please guide my accountant says that you can apply as per rule if you travel within days your visa grant date is considered.
2- which set of form i will use like( SET 0 ) ?
3- 2 kids 18 plus shall i apply as one application or i have to apply separate if we eligible to apply

below i have one pargraph got from set o guideline is this relevant or not please guide
There is qualifying period to complete in most of the categories on this form
The date on which you entered the uk with a visa in the relevant category or,if you did not entered the uk with such a visa , from the date on which you were first granted permission to remain in the uk on the relevant category.
If you entered with a visa several weeks or more after the date from which it was valid for use.you may need to apply for extension of stay to complete the relevant qualifying period.

1. The date of entry is irrelevant. Use the first visa issue date
2. SET(O) is correct
3. Over 18 dependants should apply separately and meet the language and LIUK requirements

3- what mandatory docs needed.

1. Yes it is correct
2. You have chosen the wrong option probably. You need to ensure you choose an option that says Tier 1 or PBS
Dependant
3. Passports covering the lats 5 years, LIUK, English language. For your spouse also cohabitation documents:
All you need to know about cohabitation evidence

Children under 18 are added to the same application when you choose 'partner'. Children above 18 apply using separate form

Incorrect. The date on entry is only used under the family route NOT the dependant route.
This has been the case since 2018:
indefinite-leave-to-remain/big-changes- ... 46559.html

1. They have all their immigration history on the system. They do not need to ask you about all this
2. They have all their immigration history on the system. They do not need to ask you about all this
3. Yes you can
4. No
5. Under 18s do not need anything
6. This is up to the UKVI. They decide if this constitutes an exemption or not.
