ILR with child 18+

Hi, I need to apply for ILR soon. I switched from 10 years to 5 years family visa on 25 March 2019. I got another leave to remain in 2021. The letter I received just said that my application was successful. I assume I pass 5 years route requirements. I passed the English test in January 2019 and apply for all these visas with this test.
Q1. Can I still use it for my ILR? It is B1.
Q2. I am going to apply for ILR based on cash saving , as I have dependent, I need to show 16000+18600+3400=38400. Is this correct?
Q3. Can I use online bank statements as Barclays don't stamp copies?
Q4. My 24 yo son works full time and used to live with us till December when he was transferred to London for 6 months. His contract will finish in the end of May . He will be back home after that, now he is renting the room in London. Will this affect his application ? All his correspondence come to our address.
Thank you

1. Yes
2. For cash savings, you need £34600 + £3800 (per child) maintained for at least 6 months in your account
3. Yes
4. Should not affect him but he must not be leading an independent life:
‘Must not be leading an independent life’ or ‘is not leading an independent life’
means that the applicant does not have a partner (as defined in paragraph GEN.1.2.
of Appendix FM), is living with their parents (except where they are at boarding
school, college or university as part of their full-time education), is not employed
fulltime (unless aged 18 years or over), is wholly or mainly dependent upon their
parents for financial support (unless aged 18 years or over), and is wholly or mainly
dependent upon their parents for emotional support.
This is set out in paragraph 6 of the Immigration Rules.

Hi, I need to apply for ILR with my dependent son who is over 18.
Shall I add him to my application or he needs to apply separately?

Thank you, I did.
The application doesn't ask any documents proofing his address, life in UK and English test.
I'm going to add his bachelor degree, 3 letters on our address and ref for Life in UK.
Do you I need to proof his financial dependency?

People above 18 can be financially independent

Thanks!
Could you please confirm that three letters for my over 18 dependent child will enough? Or do I need to add 6 letters on his name ?

Add him to the same application
I am preparing documents for my application. I have read before that ILR application requirements are very similar to leave to remain. The documents doesn't mentioned Marriage certificate , doesn't ask any proof that my other child is British citizen. Is it a ok or better to add them?
I have 2 council tax in Joint names, 2 bank statements in joint names . Do I need to add 4 letters on each name ?
Shall I add my son's Life in UK reference number in covering letter as it the application doesn't ask it?
We own the house and in the previous application downloaded Land Registry. It was no question about the property where we live , it only asks two council tax . Shall I just follow their requirement?

A marriage certificate is not needed. British children must not be added to the application.
