hope you guys doing well

Let me describe my ILR application here. I'm going to apply for ILR (Tier2/Skilled worker 5 year route) on Monday 29th April 2024(immigration agency will do application for myself, as the company only supports employer with ILR applications). Due to this I'm going to apply for ILR(Tier2/Skilled worker dependent 5 year route) for my wife and child separately, but intend to apply on the same day for all of us.

Documents which are needed for myself are pretty clear, as anyway they supported by immigration adviser.
But I would like to list the documents which I will provide for my dependents:
Documents for Spouse/child:
1. Passport
2. BRP

Documents for Spouse:
1. Life in the UK test Pass notification letter, reference number included in the application;
2. English language test certificate, reference number included in the application;
3. Bank account statements for recent 3 months, is it required, as it is provided in my application?;
4. Recent 3 months payslips, is it required, as it is provided in my application?;
5. Marriage Certificate;
6. Tenancy Agreement of last 5 years with both of our names on them;
7. Council tax receipts for last 5 years with both of our names on them;
8. Water utility receipts of last 5 years with both of our names on them;
9. Gas utility receipts of last 5 years with both of our names on them;
10. Letter with description of absences? Is it needed, as we are not exceeding 180days rule anyway? And my company is providing this letter for my application, the only thing is application made separately. If we need it how it should look like?;

Documents for a child:
1. Birth Certificate;
2. Letter from school, is it required? he is 7 years old;

Is there anything missing?

One more question:
- I could not find the place in SET (O) form for dependents, where I can mention my ILR UAN (Unique Application Number), should I put it under "their Home office reference number" field?

It all seems ok. You do not need to enter the UAN as their ILR eligibility depends on yours, so the UKVI will check your status anyway

One more question with regards to Consent letters. We provide the council tax bills, energy bills on joint names and I'm also will provide the Bank statements from my account as proof of enough finance, as she is almost not working, only rarely as part time.
Should the Consent letters be signed as follows:
1. Part1 by the applicant, in this case my wife?
2. Part2 by me, as we are stating some joint accounts as utility bills
3. Part3, no one signs? As it relates to 3rd party external support not relevant to both of us?

And should the same consent be signed for my son (7Yrs) as well:
1. Part1 by the applicant, in this case by me?
2. Part2 no one signs, as we do not have any joint accounts with my son?
3. Part3, no one signs? As it relates to 3rd party external support not relevant to both of us?

Yes, your understanding is correct on the consent form

But should be there any consent form for my son? as they are applying together with my wife in one application form. And my wife's consent form is enough? (meaning Part1 signed by her and Part2 signed by me)

This is not important at all. A parent applying will provide consent on behalf of the child.

So just to be clear here - parent applying for the ILR(in this case it's my wife) with dependent together(my 7Yrs son) will provide only one consent form, signed as follows:
Part1 - signed by applicant(my wife)
Part2 - signed by me (joint account holders)
Part3 - no signatures, it's really confusing if I'm honest because the 3rd party financial support can be understood as me providing support for them. But anyway we understand it as external support apart of our family?

Just wanted to provide a little bit of the update on our case which was eventually successful!:)
Finally got time to post about it here.

So we (my wife, son and me) have got the approval exactly after 5 working days in the beginning of May 2024 for our ILR application - we were using Prio service.

As my company supported my application only, my docs were submitted by immigration consultant separately and for my wife and child I submitted myself using one SET (O) form.

Listing what docs were submitted for my wife and child

Following documents were submitted:
1. Life in the UK test
3. English language test certificate, reference number included in the application
4. Bank account statements for recent 3 months from my husband’s account (as me main sponsor, wife does not work)
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Tenancy Agreement of last 5 years with both of our names on them (proof of cohabitation)
7. Council tax receipts for last 5 years with both of our names on them (proof of cohabitation)
8. Water utility bills for the last 1 year, and letter from water supply company proving the addresses on both names for 2019-2024 (proof of cohabitation)
9. Energy utility bills of last 5 years with both of our names on them (proof of cohabitation)
10. Bank statements from spouse account for the last 3 years confirming joint residence (proof of cohabitation)
11. Learning agreements showing the address for 2019-2022 years (proof of cohabitation)
12. Consent for the verification checks (Part 1 - signed by wife as applicant, Part 2 - signed by husband for joint accounts, Part3 signed by husband as sponsor)
13. Parents Consent letter for son (parents agreeing for the son's ILR application)

Documents for a child:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Letters with proof of address, mainly NHS letters (optional)
3. Letter from the school (optional)

do we need to really submit 5 years proofs for dependents to support cohabitation, my only worry is documents are going to be more than 200 pages , is it a problem or we can upload blindly?

1. council tax - 5 years (10pages)
2. water bill - 5 years ( 20 pages)
3. bank statement - 5 years ( definitely more than 100 pages)
4. gas bill - 5 year ( 20 pages)
5. nhs letters / hmsc letters ( 10 pages)

I would appreciate if anyone else comments as well.

2 years evidence only. A selection from 3 to 5 different sources spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months.

just have seen your post.
As already answered above, 2 years of cohabitation evidence should be enough, I submitted for the last 5 years, as I had all docs with me - with 3-4 months gap.
