Eligibility for ILR

Hi Marcnath, Cr007 and all the other mods
Hope You're all doing well.
I came on 20th June 2019 on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa. Did business since then. Applied for ILR on accelerated route in June 2022. Rejected in July 2023( after one year wait for the decision). Applied for admin review. Got rejected in August 2023. Email said i have 14 days to apply. I applied on T2 skilled worker (carer) within 10 days of admin review rejection. Got yhe visa same day. Have been working on tier 2 since then.
I read that you can count the time spent on Tier 1,
So am I allowed to apply for ILR at the end of 5 years in this country?
If yes, when can I apply as I came on 20th June 2019. Does 28 days early rule apply to me? Can You please give me the earliest date I can apply.
Thanks
Kind Regards
Mehfuz

There is no Tier 2 route and there is no 28-day rule.
You can apply for ILR under the skilled worker route counting time spent under the Tier 1E route. The 28-day concession applies to all ILR applications

Hi Zimba
Thank you so much for your quick and helpful response. Really appreciate it mate.
So, can I apply on 23rd May 2024 because I came on June 20, 2019?
Can you please share a link for the application and is there a list of documents that I can check whether I have everything I need.
Thank you once again.
You folks are doing a wonderful job.
Kind Regards
Mehfuz

You should use the first visa issue date. When you arrived in the UK is irrelevant.
Form SET(O):
https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk/product/set-o
You also need an employer letter from your sponsor:
All you need to know about the sponsor letter for Skilled Worker route
Also your latest payslip and corresponding bank statement, LIUK and proof of English

That's a question for the British sub-forum. Not ILR related anymore.
