ILR skilled worker visa

Hello,

I need a guidance if someone can please help me out here.
I will be applying for my ILR in few months.

I was abroad in 2021 and 2022 which is within 180 days but is more than 90 days.
In 2021 I was stuck due to covid and travel disruptions and in 2022 I worked from Abroad for sometime due to Personal and medical reasons which was approved by my employer

I am not sure what sort of employers letter will be required for to justify my absence from the UK.
Will this cause any issue with my ILR application if Home Office think the reason is not significant to be considered (although the days are within 180 days in any 12 months)
Please advice

If you are within the 180 day limit, then you should be ok.

All you need to know about the sponsor letter for Skilled Worker route

So Do I still need to present employer's letter for the time I spent abroad ?
Thanks in advance
Letter from employer stating that all absences were authorised.
