ILR "Skilled Worker Application"

Hello everybody
On the online application for ILR (visa skilled worker)one of the questions is :
Since you first entered the UK, have you had any absences from the UK? (Required)
This includes any absences however short. Do not include travel to Crown Dependencies.
Can you kindly clarify the meaning of "absences" here ?
Does it include holidays? Or absence over 180 days in one year time?

It asks for any absence, ie. holiday and work, etc. You have to declare ALL absences.

Thanks for getting back
I have been living in the UK for 10 years. And I started working 5 years ago through Tier 2 and Skilled Worker Visas. My question is do I need to add all the absences since I came to the country, or since I started working? As I am applying through the Skilled Worker Visa (5 year route).

Thank you for your reply.
Now they are asking me what evidence will you provide to support the reasons for all the absences from the UK and crown dependencies?
I have been working with this current company for 2 years. Do I have to get contact with the previous employer for evidence too as I did work with them for 3 years? Or a letter from the current employer showing all my absences is sufficient?
Also do you have any template so that I can show it to my employer? I would be grateful for your help.
