ILR english language requirement for dependents

Good morning.
I need advise on ILR and english test requirement.
My wife is working in the NHS as a doctor like myself, but on a dependent VISA. She has given OET Medicine in Nov 2020 for her GMC registration.
We are now eligible for ILR.
Can anyone advise if her OET Medicine can be provided as a proof of her English language proficiency? This test is accepted by the GMC and most other medical boards also by the VISA and Immigration office while applying for Health and Care VISA, but not clear if acceptable for ILR.
Many thanks in advance.

No. Such a test is not recognised for securing a visa or immigration purposes.
She needs to sit a B1 English test (SELT).
Trinity College provides such an exam: https://www.trinitycollege.com/qualific ... SE-grade-5

Good morning.
I am applying for indefinite leave to remain skilled worker route as a Dr.
How long does it takes to get our passport back after ILR decision?
I am going to apply for 5 days priority service as I need to travel home in November for some commitments.
Many thanks for your advice.

You don't submit your original passport, only a scan online.

Keep in mind it's not a guaranteed service (UKVI may take longer and sometimes it will, even though you paid) and you won't be able to travel until the decision is made (and possibly till your new BRP is delivered to you if you're a non-visa national).

Plan your trips with keeping this in mind.
