Looking for some expert advice . How early can I apply for ILR SET O

Date of first visa vignette:18/11/2019
Date of arrival : 24/11/2019
Route : Tier 2 + Skilled Worker Visa
I know my qualifying period starts after 21/10/2024 (date of visa issue+5 years-28 days) . But can I apply online and upload documents before this date and then let’s say if I book biometric in the first week of Nov 2024 and get super priority slot . Will my application be rejected ? If the decision date is before the 5 year period of my visa issue. Please help

No, it will not be refused. Your ILR can be granted if the decision date is within 28 days of completing your 5 years and later.

Applicants can benefit from the date of the ILR decision

Just wondering if any one could help me with this
I received my salary last month which matches with my payslip . However I have also received few days later a reimbursement payment from my company for a meal I paid for during a project meeting .(15 pound )That’s Normal in our company.
My question is : I’m due to apply ILR Next . If I submit this bank statement will Case worker think I got paid extra or something? What should I do in this case .

Another question: payslips In my company are downloaded from a portal . It does say the company name . Will that be ok to submit??

None of those concerns matter

Change of employer during COVID -ILR Application

Hi Was wondering if someone has seen a similar situation
I came to the UK on tier 2 visa in Nov 2019 . But i changed employer in Aug 2020. I was issued a Cos in June 2020 and the application was submitted in the same month. But due to COVID we couldn't do BIOMETRIC which was eventually done in OCT and my visa approved in NOV 2020. However there was guidance during that time that i could start working as long as COS is issued and if we are just waiting for biometric. I changed employer again in 2022.
Now i am applying for the ILR and i was wondering do i need to submit any proof that i was continuously in the UK and was waiting for my decision during 2020? i can prove via my passport and COS . I have also have a letter from my previous employer showing the date of start etc. But that letter is from 2023 . Would that e enough ? or am i over thinking and they have all my records when i applied etc ?

Please refrain from starting a new post for each query about your application and stick to this thread ONLY.

You do NOT need to do anything as a change of employer is not really an issue. You do not need to prove anything.

You also do NOT need a letter from previous employers: All you need to know about the sponsor letter for Skilled Worker route
