PBS Dependent extension partner eligible for ILR

Hello Guru's
I am on Tier 2 General visa completing 5 years by Nov-2022 (my current tier 2 general visa end by same time) . I will be eligible for ILR
My partner is on pbs dependent visa valid till Nov-2022.
When i apply for ILR in Nov-2022, what should we do for dependent. Under what category he should apply for extension. Since he only need 6 more months after Decto complete 5 years as pbs dependent, we don't want to loose his stay as pbs dependent till now.
1. Do they need to extend thier pbs dependent visa, If yes based on what? Since i will not have my ILR yet. Do i need to apply my ILR and thier extension together?
2. If i get ILR using super priority, then can my dependent continue on pbs dependent and apply as pbs dependent extension.
Kindly help me. I tried to search this in existing topics but not able to find relevant one.
Please help.

Your previous post in November 2018 suggests you wre a icy dependent switching to tier 2 General. How do you qualify for ilr in November 2022??

If posting on behalf of someone else, then please don’t use “I”, as it’s confusing.
Dependants
may extend.

Thanks for the response
So does this mean dependent can apply for extension as pbs dependent with main applicant ILR application.
No need to switch category as ILR dependent? Because if switched the previous stay would be lost, isn't it?
Thanks

Correct. Just note that PBS Tier 2 route does not exist anymore. So they have to apply to extend under Skilled Worker dependant visa

ILR application can Dependents continue on current dependent visa

Hi
>I am main applicant and eligible for ILR by Nov 2024 - 5 years skilled worker Visa - Planning to apply for ILR now Set(O)
>My partner is on dependent partner visa valid till Nov 2025
>Child born in UK 3 years old and is currently on dependent child visa
>Partner will be eligible for ILR by Mar 2025 after 5 years stay as tier2/skilled worker dependent
Questions
1. When i apply for ILR now, can my partner and child continue to stay in current dependent visa under current pbs dependent visa till Nov 2025, do we need to switch as ILR dependent once main applicant switch to ILR now.
2. Can my Child (born in UK 3 years old) apply for ILR once main applicant gets ILR, I know child is eligible for British citizen register, but if we like to get ILR for child, can we apply for it? If yes which application we need to use?
3. When my partner applies for ILR by Mar 2025 - Which application to use ILR Set (M)? post this will my partner be getting ILR or ILR dependent visa. Will there be any dependency on main applicant after partner gets ILR? If main applicant goes out of UK for extended period, can partner stay and continue with ILR and get citizenship after one year of ILR?
4. In latest set (O) application, its not asking for BRP details, wondering if i am using right application, because some videos on youtube show we need to give BRP card details. Do we need to provide sharecode with ILR application to prove our current immigration status.
Thanks in advance

1. Yes there is no switch needed
2. No. A child can only settle when both parents settle
3. SET(O). They apply based on your previous status as a skilled worker and as skilled worker dependants. Then they can continue their residence in the UK for another year to naturalise.
4. No. Just the BRP number is enough. BRPs will be gone by the end of 2024 anyway
Information on eVisas as all BPRs will be phased out from 1st Jan 2025

Thanks zimba for your response
Just one clarification on child eligibility
Once i get my ILR now. My partner will apply for ILR in Mar 2025, can we include child at that stage for ILR? Is it set(o) for both partner and child ILR?
Thanks in advance. Really appreciate your help.

Yes. The child can be added with the other parent in the same SET(O) application
