Dear Sir/Madam,
I am British and I am making an ILR applications based on 5 years for my wife. I would be extremely grateful if you could answer the following questions.
1. Is there any minimum bank balance do we need to have in our bank account for a particular number of days?
2. I work on a temporary basis and my salary is around £80K and my wife work for NHS on a permanent basis and her salary is around £26K, therefore are we above the threshold of minimum income requirements?
3. Can I reuse her B1 English test again for ILR application which was used for her another 2.5 years visa? Please note this certificate was expired more than 2 years ago.
4. How many total number of days in five years the ILR applicant is allowed to stay in the outside the UK?
5. We were stuck in Nepal for around 8 months during COVID due to country lockdowns. The international airport was shut for more than 6 months. We will be able to justify this, therefore can she still be eligible for ILR?
6. Could you also send me the document checklist for ILR spouse 5 years route if you have?

Thank you very much in advance. We look forward to your reply soon.

Kind regards
MT

1. No
2. Just use her salary on the application. That is enough
There is a guide on this: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... rement.pdf
3. Yes
4. There are no absence limits under the family route
5. It does not matter
6. You get a list at the end of the application online
