Hello All,
I am (Husband) currently filling my application(Set O) for ILR on 5 year route as Dependent of Tier2 Gen.

Below BRP were granted on 5 year route as Dependent of Tier2 Gen

Awaiting decision on application - 18Jul2022 to 21Nov2022
Third BRP+eVISA - 22Nov2022 to 25 Oct2025

My wife received ILR on 27Jul2021 and UK Citizenship on 20 Sep 2023

Question1: Time (18Jul2022 to 21Nov2022) when i was awaiting application decision will have any impact on 'continuous 5 year rule'?

Question2: Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain--> i have selected 'Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International Sportsperson dependant' --> Is this correct?

Question3: Enter their Home Office reference number --> I have given my wife's citizenship home office refence number --> Is this correct?

Question7: If they have one, what is Mrs XXXXXXXX's sponsor licence number? -> I shared licence from COS however that COS is already expired and she also no longer working for same employer --> Is it correct, she currently holds British citizenship?

Question8: Because i am sharing License number of her past employer will VISA & Immigration team will think/expect her X employer is also my sponsor for this VISA, i am sponsoring my own Visa?

Question9: Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people? -> I have answered 'No', --> but there was no question/requirement documents related to bank details then how my application will be relate to my bank accounts or funds?

2. Correct
3. You do not need to enter any reference number
4. Yes
5. Correct
6. No need to enter GWF number
7. Enter old details
8. Your ILR is based on her setting under this route. Nothing to do with her old sponsor.
9. Answer YES if you want to send bills, or other papers bearing her name.
This is for cohabitation documents: All you need to know about cohabitation evidence

Thanks for your reply , highly appreciate your prompt reply .

Question4: Yes, I have their biometric residence permit (BRP) number --> I answered it No as she currently holds citizenship and has British passport--> Is this correct?
You mentioned : Yes
Follow-up question : Do you mean my answer 'No' is correct or it should be 'Yes' and i should share BRP number?

Question7: If they have one, what is Mrs XXXXXXXX's sponsor license number? -> I shared license from COS however that COS is already expired and she also no longer working for same employer --> Is it correct, she currently holds British citizenship?
You mentioned : Enter old details
Follow-up question : License number i shared in application is from the application which is her Tier2 general application which is the oldest application. So i am considering Old detail meant in your reply is the License number from her old application.

Thanks for your support on my queries,, really appreciate .
There is one additional question which is related to consent.

Question11: Are you the partner or child of your sponsor? --> I selected 'Partner' --> Does it mean my wife need to sign consent ' PART 3: Consent for the Home Office to verify information from third party sponsor' --> Even though i am not financially dependent?
