ILR Questions

Hello my dear friends, I have come across this platform just recently and very glad to see the community helping each other. I have been successfully granted my final extension, the Home office had requested lots of documents like pictures of my office, sale reports, my products, work completion by my employees etc., I kept a record of everything and submitted to the Home Office and successfully got my visa, I was only wondering if the home office will ask the same questions again, I would like to be prepared before applying for my ILR before hand. If yes should I be sending them before they ask questions while applying for my visa or after.

You did not mention the route. I assume Tier 1E ??
UKVI can ask for evidence of your business at any stage, we cannot tell whether you will face the same scrutiny at the ILR stage or not

Hello, yes it's Tier 1 Entrepreneur route. They've asked a series of questions to check if my business is genuine especially on the job creation side I believe, I had submitted everything and got the extension swiftly.

Genuine entrepreneur test applies at all stages so you may or may not get the same questions again

Came to the UK JAN 11TH 2017 ARRIVAL my visa expiring on 9th September 2027.
stayed legally through student - entrepreneur. I've got a good running business so I'm able to apply for ILR with existing T1 E but still looking for the best options. Long residence is easy to apply I guess. I welcome all your suggestions
