stayed legally through student - entrepreneur. I've got a good running business so I'm able to apply for ILR with existing T1 E but still looking for the best options. Long residence is easy to apply I guess. I welcome all your suggestions![]()

No new immigration rules have been announced. So we cannot tell you what you should expect in the furture. Everything you heard so far have been proposals put forward to the government for consideration, in the future.leather212 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 12, 2025 1:34 pmHi,
Im a T1 Entrepreneur and my final extension has been successful. I'm due to apply for ILR next year aug/septmbr 2026. The new rules announced by shabana mahmood stated that the new ILR conditions will be apply to people already in the UK, as a T1 Entrepreneur from Graduate Entrepreneur route be worried to apply for his ilr on August 2026.
Thank you
