B1 English test for my wife

Dear admin,
I need some advice for my wife who will be eligible to apply for ILR by July-2025 on the English language test for her.
1. She is currently on Skilled Worker dependent (Partner) VISA.
2. She discontinued her graduation studies in India and has no degree to prove her English language.
So, what exam she need to pass here to be eligible to apply for ILR?

Based on the information provided, your wife will need to pass a Secure English Language Test (SELT) to meet the English language requirement for her ILR, she must take and pass a SELT at CEFR Level B1 or above in speaking and listening.
The following are approved SELT providers in the UK:
Trinity College London
IELTS SELT Consortium
LanguageCert
Pearson

Is it just speaking and listening but not reading and writing?

Yes it says just listening and speaking.
Any idea how soon they provide the results once the test is completed?

Results are often provided very quickly and digitally. Nothing else is needed

My Wife and Child ILR application

Dear Moderators,
I got my ILR last year May-2024
My wife and daughter's 5 year tier-2 dependent visa will be expiring on 30-Aug-2025.
I am now planning to start filling for their Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) application, in this regards please could you advice me the link or form link which I suppose to fill for both of my dependents.
Also appreciate if you would be able to let me know what are all the supporting documents we need.
My wife cleared her English Test and Life in UK Test.
My daughter is studying in year-8 now.

Single application using form SET(O):

You should choose the skilled worker dependant route option !
Documents are minimal, like passports, LIUK and English language pass certificate
Also, cohabitation documents needed:

My son is 19 years old , studied in UK for 7 years( from year 8 - now doing university), did his GCSE in uk. Now, he is eligible to apply for ILR as the dependent( Mom is ILR holder). Does he have to take English Language exam (B1 or B2) even though he did GCSE?

Dear Mods,
Thanks for the quick reply.
I am currently filling the form for my wife and daughter as advised in the above response.
There was a section in the form which is asking my details and asking for "My current UK VISA Status" and in the options list it does not have Settled or ILR option rather have:
1. Tier 2 (General) visa
2. Skilled Worker visa
3. International Sportsperson visa
4. Tier 2 (Minister of Religion) visa
5. Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa - Longer-term Staff
6. Intra-company Transfer
7. Intra-company Graduate Trainee
8. Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa - Graduate Trainee
9. High Potential Individual visa
10. Scale Up
Please could you advise what should I choose as the correct option?

Yes. GCSE is not considered for ILR.
Their ILR is based on your
previous status. Choose the route you got your ILR under

Yes. GCSE is not considered for ILR.

I applied for my ILR under "Skilled Worker visa", so I should be choosing this right?
