Dependant ILR from Tier 2 general dependant Set O documents

Dear all,

I am an ILR holder (granted since 2022). My husband has been on Tier 2 dependant due to expire in December but has been in the UK for 7 years (granted 3 years extension in 2022 when I got my ILR but did not complete his 5 years for his own ILR dependant). I am confused about a couple of things. A cursory googling of documents required seems to come up with a lot more documents for the application such as finances/ proof of marriage and addresses but when I am doing the application via set M, it seems like the only mandatory documents it is requiring is:

passport
English language test cert
Life in UK test result
Evidence of immigration status (How do I show this with evisa?)
Declaration for verification.

Are these really all that are needed? Or am I massively wrong somewhere? Help me not make a GBP3500 mistake please. Thank you in advance.

DO NOT use the SET(M) form. Form SET(O) is the only correct one for your route :!: :!:

Read: DO NOT apply using form SET(M) if you are a dependent of someone under a work related route

The documents are minimal. There are no finance related requirements at all. You do not need to provide evidence of immigration status or proof of marriage.

Passport
English language test cert
Life in UK test result
Cohabitation evidence.
