Hello guys, its coming up to that time where I have the pleasure of jumping through Home Office Hoops, hopefully for last time (as ling as Kier doesnt have any more bright ideas)
I am on Spouse Visa, I arrived in UK 10 September 2020.
I applied for FLR M in April 2023 and got Further leave to remain until 08 November 2025.
Can someone tell me or give me a guide on what supporting documents are required to get ILR SET M please.
I have done English B1 last month (Really hoping new B2 requirement wont officially come in until 2026!!) I did this with Trinity College London (GESE 5). And have the online certificate.
I also passed Life in the UK in Feb 2025 and have URN email from UKVI
I work but we are hoping to rely on my husbands income (over £29k per year)
How many months bank statement needed?
How many months wage slips?
And what is format and detail required for employment letter?
What else is needed for financial evidence?
We live with my mother in law, she owns the house and has no mortgage, all the bills are officially in her name, we have lived with her since I arrived in 2020. What proof do we need to provide she owns the home and can make the offer for us to love with her?
What evidence do we need to provide for our relationship?
Do I need to provide any reference letters from people who know us to demonstrate our marriage is genuine?
Do I need to provide any other reference letters from any body else?
I will submit my passport and my husbands passport.
Do I need to provide any photographs (passport style)?
If so are these scanned and uploaded ? Do they need to be signed?
Anything else I need to include in supporting documents?
Thanks!

The documents will dependant on the category you will qualify under. Read the official guide, checkout the requirements and the documents under category A:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... nt__1_.pdf
For proof of adequate accommodation, you need:
The applicant should provide evidence as to the basis on which the accommodation
is or will be owned or occupied (including rented) by the family unit. This may for
example be in the form of a copy of the property deeds, a letter from a bank or
building society as to the mortgage arrangements, a lease agreement and rent book,
or a letter from a family member or friend who is making the accommodation
available to the applicant and their family unit.
For cohabitation evidence:
All you need to know about cohabitation evidence
You do not need to send anything regarding your marriage.
You do not need to provide any photographs, everything is now digital !

What categories are there? I would be applying using SET M.
And does the person making the offer and writing the letter of accommodation not need to have proof they own the home?

You can see all the documents need under category A. SET(M) is just the form.
The person should provide evidence that they own their home which is being offered to you
