eVisa status change from Pending to Valid until July 10th - is this a refusal?

I had an application for ILR (Set DV) pending since jan 1st this year. This morning the eVisa status changed from the standard wording "You can stay in the UK until you receive a decision on your application. This includes, if applicable, any appeal or administrative review that was made in the UK within the required deadlines."
to showing the from and valid until dates with status still as Partner. The valid until date is 28 days from today.
Does this suggest that the application is denied because it doesn't show a settled status? I haven't received a refusal letter and no word from Solicitor either as all the correspondence is with them.
Does this mean that this a refusal?

Wait until you hear back from UKVI.
We cannot tell you what such changes really mean. A judgement cannot be deduced from just the eVisa page

true. however i wanted to ask if any folks here have been in a similar situation.
what does the eVisa status say on refusal? does it give the standard 28 day buffer to leave the country/admin review or is it something else?

What you see described is a totally
generic statement pointing to Section 3C. After visa expiry, a pending in-time application will give you protection under Section 3C until a decision is made, or until you exhaust your appeal/AR rights.
That is all. It does NOT tell you anything else about your pending application at all. You should expect to see this if you are under section 3C, I assume

the eVisa status did show the 3C state until yesterday morning. stating the standard 3C status that was extended by my application for settlement under Set DV:
"You can stay in the UK until you receive a decision on your application. This includes, if applicable, any appeal or administrative review that was made in the UK within the required deadlines."
since then it has changed to "Valid From: XX XX 2023, Valid Until: July 10th 2026. Status: Partner".
which is concerning in case it means it's a refusal since the status as changed from "Pending" to a concrete valid until date. that's why i posted in case others on this board have come across something similar in case of refusals. hope this clarifies.

Spouse Visa was due to expire in Feb 2026. It got extended by 3C leave after I applied for Settlement under Set DV in Jan. Bio on Jan 2nd.
The status remained in Pending state until yesterday when it changed to what I posted above.

Refusal is a possibility but again, from the eVisa page it cannot be deduced.

if 3C leave is only valid for 14 days on refusal for in country applications then the valid until date of July 10th seems contradictory. because on refusals there is no grace period per se. if there is no application for admin review wiithin 14 days then those days would be counted as overstayed.
so i'm not sure how i ended up getting 28 full days in which i can even travel in/out of the country.

When you have a pending application and under section 3C, you cannot leave the UK as that will end your section 3C.
As advised, refrain from coming up with any conclusion and wait to hear back from the UKVI.
Without a definite answer from UKVI, any speculation must NOT be made. I am saying this for your own sanity
