I came to UK in April 2001.
My wife and elder daughter joined me in the UK, June 2002.
My younger daughter was born in UK in April 2003

I am applying for ILR on the basis of 10 years rule in March 2011.
Because my wife won’t be completed 10 years by March 2011 do I need to apply for FLR(M) for her?
For my elder daughter who was not born here in the UK what form do I need to fill when I am applying for my ILR?(11 years old )
For my younger daughter who was born here in UK, do I need to apply for ILR along with me or after getting my ILR can I apply for Certificate of Registration as a British Citizen?
I really really appreciate your valuable advise on this.

What is the current immigration status of all concerned?

I am on HSMP. Expiring in Oct 2011. Eligible to apply for ILR in Oct 2011 following HSMP status. My wife and children are in the dependent visa.
I thought If I am applying thru 10 years category I could apply in April 2011(bit early) and could avoid the probationary period(1yr)

Yes. Don't forget about the English test.

Include her in your wife's FLR(M) application.

If she hasn't previously applied for leave, then she is not required to make an immigration application for leave to remain. However, if she has leave that's about to expire, then she should be included in your wife's FLR(M) application too.

Thats great to see your replies immediately.
Is it possible to apply for my ILR(on 10 years category) and my wife's FLR(M) (including my children in that form, all dependant visas expire on the same day as mine in Oct 2011) in the same premium appointment?
It may be a silly question I am afraid, Do I need to get the date for the premium appointment after completing my 10 years or 28 days earlier before completing 10 years?

Is it essential for me to hold ILR status before applying for FLR(M) form for my wife and kids
Or
Shall I send the form simultaneously to ILR and FLR(M). If I am doing so then I can't send originals with both forms(I thought if I go in person I will sort out both forms(ILR & FLR(M)) with original documents but for long residence application need to go by post)
Please help me. I am bit confused now.
