My visa was issued on march 10 march 2010 and valid until June 09 2012. I entered into England in April 2010 what date can I apply for ILR? My visa was issued on basis of civil partnership. Thank you.

You can apply in April 2012....specifically the day after you entered the Uk.....You do not have to wait until June 2012

i don't understand you reply please. i arrived on april 15 2010 so which date i need to apply for indefinate please.

you can apply on 15 April 2012
