Requirements for ROR

I have been married for 3 years now and I have been living with my wife for the whole 3 years period, but for almost a year now, we have had series of conflicts so I am planning a divorce. But I have issues concerning the required documents. I have my drivers licence, series of school and banks letters in the same house that we live together but I don't have my name on the bills. This has got me concerned about the chances of retaining my rights. She has been exercising her treaty rights even thou she had some break from employment in 2013 but resumed work in 2014. Please advice me on what to do, do you think the letters I have is enough to apply for ROR?
