I asked the qn in the timeline post but, unsurprisingly, it was not answered. Hope i am not abusing of my posting rights posting it again in a more appropriate place

I also tried to read several pages of posts, but I could not find any answer to my specific question
Now, piercing together what google and old posts seem to suggest, I understand that finding out what date the case worker put in the system as the one when PR status was achieved can be done mailing a SAR form to UKVI, which I believe can be done using the forms below

Qn 1 - is this something that can be done using the 'fast track' form/procedure?
Qn 2 - Since the magic 'give me the start date on your system' box does not exist, is it correct that i should tick 'IT Records' under Section 2, requesting all electronic files related to my caseworker?
Qn 3 - Do I need to send them (again, after they kept it for 4 months) my ID card?

Qn 4 - on the notes, under A, they say adding a passport photo might also be helpful... I assume given the kind of question i am asking, this is irrelevant, correct?
