How EEA Visa holder can bring spouse to uk

hi,
i have the EEA Family visa & i getting british citizen ship in 2020
i want to bring my husband from india to the uk
but he has came in 2011 on student visa & got removed deported from uk in 2016 based on overstayer.
how can i bring him on my EEA FAMILY visa for mariage to the uk
can you tell me the process about this situation.

well we have in relation ship for long five years.
she has the EEA visa for five years.
she want to take me back to the uk due to spouse or marrriage bases.
what she has to do bec i was removed from uk on 2016 on overstayer reason.

what kind of documents we have to arrange it.
can we allow to married in the uk not in home country.

she has qualify on her child bases.they have granted her five years visa of EEA Family permit.

My understanding is that if she is on a route to PR, she can only sponsor you once she has PR.

If she has derivative rights visa, I don't think this leads to PR.

No there is not always a way. You have to apply for what you qualify for. A non EU spouse cannot sponsor a non EU spouse under the EU rules.

I don't believe this is possible, she cannot sponsor you if she herself is NOT an EU citizen.

Presumably your spouse-to-be has a Zambrano/Chen derivative residence card, as the parent of an EEA citizen child. As you have already been told multiple times, she cannot sponsor you for immigration, under either the EEA Regulations or under the UK Immigration Rules.

If she resides in the UK for ten years under that visa, she can apply for ILR(LR) and then can sponsor you as the spouse of a person settled in the UK.
