waiting for result
When I first submitted application on 1st Feb I didn't provide any documents as I have pre-settled status already. HO called and asked me to provide evidence to show that my relationship is still on-going. The caseworker mentioned anything like renting contract/combined bank statement/letters will do. I provided bank statement and letters (covering past 6 month) to show that we are living in the same address. It's been so long and hopefully can get a result very soon!
Congratulation! Very similar timelines to mineDihanhan21 wrote: ↑Tue May 25, 2021 12:36 pmUpdate: I just received settled status today (25/05/2021). The whole process took slightly less than 4 months! Good luck everyone!
Glad to hear! Congratulations.

Is there anyone apply for the eu settlement scheme in the uk in 2021?
I am a non-EEA national married to a EU citizen who works in the UK. After my husband had received his pre-settled status, I submitted my application to the EU settlement scheme in the UK and still haven't received the decision
* Application submitted: 28 January 2021.
* biometric enrolment done : 25 February 2021
* COA received : 17 May 2021
I did call the resolution centre many times, they said that I should wait.It has been nearly 4 months now.
If someone knows how much time the decision will
the application take longer when the caseworker think that the marriage is fake (sham) the home office process them application till after 70 day from the application submitting. and usualy the caseworker send your case to the investigation office. which mean that the police will check the adress you give in your application and see if you live with your partner or no. they will interview the two of you in your house adress
No it is not because of that. If the caseworker decide they need more evidence when it comes to processing your application, they will contact you.Janet Sunday wrote: ↑Mon May 31, 2021 2:22 pmI applied for settled status almost 4 months, no update at all. I only uploaded our marriage certificate. Do I need to submit more supporting documents? Is it because I uploaded only marriage certificate that my application is taking too long?
Thank you. I will wait this week and if nothing, I will send them an email in regards to why my application is taking so long to process.Bazinga_ wrote: ↑Mon May 31, 2021 3:26 pmNo it is not because of that. That is the only document I will be submitting myself when my time is due next year.
Hang in there, they will process it. Best wishes.
I have been waiting for almost 4 months now without anything. My case is straightforward, I dont know why the delay.kubasak wrote: ↑Mon May 31, 2021 9:35 pmMy case I straight forward
2016 EEA family permit
2017 EEA RC
2019 pre-settled status( given in just 3 days after applying)
But settled status in on May 20 but haven’t heard anything. Is there anybody else with straight case but have not heard for so many days ??? My spouse got settled status in just 2 days but I am still waiting
Are you an non-EU family member of an EU citizen? If yes, that isn’t a surprise. If your spouse is EU citizen and got her status in 2days then that’s normal also. Theirs are processed quicker.kubasak wrote: ↑Mon May 31, 2021 9:35 pmMy case I straight forward

I applied for settled status. I contacted EU resolution centre and they replied back today basically that I have to wait, they are working on it. They have got high numbers of applications and calls blah blah blah.
If you gave biometrics on 18 february, then your application was submitted that day. That means it's been just over three months.Edrees94 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 02, 2021 10:52 amHello hows everyone i have applied as a non eu family member of a northern ireland relevant person as a durable partner together we have a child its been since January i applied and gave my biometrics in 18feb got my coa 3may but still no response or information calling the resulotion centre have no response of them aswell so i contacted my local mp they have contacted the HO and the only thing they said is my case is under consideration and will receive the outcome in due course what does it mean by consideration is it a good sign or will i get response soon ??
