Hi All,

First of all thanks for this forum.

I would like to ask u guys your opinion.

Question: once you got your COA stating "you are permitted to accept job offer" does it mean you can work full time? You are eligible to find a full time job?

Timeline: Application submitted 6th July 2012
COA received: 11 September 2012

We are still waiting for our RC.

Thanks in advance.

yes you can

All it means is you can work and it does not matter if part time or full time. The decision is yours. All you need to do is get an NI if you don't and wait un till your passport comes or arrivals

Thank you stylish2g2!!!

Just as stylist2g2 has pointed out you can take up any job you like. The CoA clearly states that. The employer should be aware of the UKBA guidance which lists the steps (in the Comprehensive Guidance) the employer has to take to legally employ you.
