EEA2 Application

Post by Ocean Blue » Thu Sep 13, 2012 3:45 am

Hi All,

First of all thanks for this forum.

I would like to ask u guys your opinion.

Question: once you got your COA stating "you are permitted to accept job offer" does it mean you can work full time? You are eligible to find a full time job?

Timeline: Application submitted 6th July 2012
COA received: 11 September 2012

We are still waiting for our RC.

Thanks in advance.

All it means is you can work and it does not matter if part time or full time. The decision is yours. All you need to do is get an NI if you don't and wait un till your passport comes or arrivals

Hi stylist2g2, thanks for your reply. So, even my RC is not arrive yet I can now start working full time, all I need to do is show my COA in applying for a job? I already got my NI.

Cheers!

Just as stylist2g2 has pointed out you can take up any job you like. The CoA clearly states that. The employer should be aware of the UKBA guidance which lists the steps (in the Comprehensive Guidance) the employer has to take to legally employ you.
