payslips

I am pakistani citizen and my wife is polish. i am going to submit eea application,I just need information that last month my wife got a salary in her account 12/10/12 and this month she will get salary in her account may be 16/11/12 or 19/11/12
will be any negative effect on my case?

What kind of application are you making? I guess it's probably EEA2, but please confirm.
Will what 'have a negative effect'? Can you put this in other words? Are you asking whether you can apply without the payslips? If so, I would respond that it's better if you can wait until you have the payslips and then apply. If it's urgent to get the application moving (e.g. if you need to travel in the next few months), then you could apply now and then forward the payslips as soon as you have them.

yes EEA2 application
negative effect i mean ............she got salary last month 12 and this month she is getting 19 in her account
the difference of 6 days will create any issue in case.
one question more please
do i need any help of solicitor to submit application?

It does not matter how much she is paid or when. So long as she is working.
She can either submit a payslip or a letter from her employer or a copy of her work contract.
